Prof-desk Mantra

Prof-desk's mantra is to continually innovate a free online learning resource for every student, which captures the knowledge of the most creative and inspiring teachers of our time. It is our dream to change the way that education is taught, not through one lecturer who might capture half of the classes attention, but through individualized learning which will capture the hearts and the minds of every student. Drop out rates will decrease and students will want to learn.

Matthew Fouts, CEO (LinkedIn Profile)

Matthew Fouts founded Prof-desk in June 2009. He now leads a dedicated team of professional website developers, designers and knowledge managers. Fouts focuses on building lasting relatiohships with school corporations and educators. Prior to founding Prof-desk, Fouts established Rose-learning; a local one-on-one and national online tutoring company that provides educational assistance for hundreds of students. Fouts graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics.

Rose Haft, CTO (LinkedIn Profile)

Rose leads the Prof-desk innovation and technical development teams. Her passion lies in creating the tools that students and educators can use to increase productivity while simultaneously reducing the cost of education. Rose graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics.

Matt McGhehey, CFO (LinkedIn Profile)

Matt serves as the financial brains behind Prof-desk. Matt develops funding by building partnerships with people who believe in the future of the Prof-desk learning system. Matt is currently completing his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Tabitha Russell, VP of Marketing (LinkedIn Profile)

Tabitha is a pro at understanding and fixing the ever-changing needs of teachers. A native of Terre Haute, Indiana, Tabitha is known for her down to Earth personality. Tabitha graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Advertising. Tabitha also holds a Master's Degree in Criminology from Indiana State University and is currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology.
